Storage & Safety
- Freeze the food as soon as it arrives.
- If it feels soft on arrival, that’s completely normal – it’s fully cooked and safe, even if slightly pink.
- Once opened, keep it in the fridge for up to 2 days. Unopened packs last 7 days in the fridge.
Serving Instructions
- To serve, thaw overnight in the fridge or place the sealed bag in hot water for a few minutes.
- Serve it like you would your own meal – don’t leave it out for more than 15 minutes.
