1. Scope
1.1 These Terms govern how Bazzella supplies its pet-food products to you through our website (and any related ordering channels), and how you may use our site and engage with us (including via e-mail or WhatsApp).
1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. They tell you who we are, how we will provide products, how you and we may change or end the contract, your rights if things go wrong, and other important information.
1.3 If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our site or place an order.
1.4 Additional terms referenced in these Terms (such as the Privacy Policy) also apply.
1.5 We may change these Terms from time to time. Before you place an order, please check the Terms currently in force. If you are a subscriber and disagree with a change, you must cancel your subscription.
1.6 We may change or withdraw portions of our site (for business operational reasons, technical reasons, etc.). We will endeavour to notify you of any significant changes affecting you.
2. About Us

3. Your Account
3.1 To purchase products or subscribe to our services, you may create an account (“Account”) on the site, provide details for your pet(s) if required, and create a username/password.
3.2 You must keep your Account details secure and confidential, and ensure that any information you provide is complete, accurate and up to date. You are responsible for all activity on your Account.
3.3 We reserve the right to disable your Account or access if we believe you have breached these Terms.
3.4 All Accounts are non-transferable. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately.
3.5 You must be at least 18 years old to register an Account.
4. Orders & Subscriptions
4.1 Our subscription service (if applicable) will deliver pet-food products at the interval you select.
4.2 Contracts are formed when we send you an order confirmation (via e-mail/WhatsApp) after you place an order; at that point we accept your order.
4.3 You must provide valid payment details. If we cannot accept your order (e.g., out of stock, pricing error), we will notify you and not charge you.
4.4 You must update any change to your payment or delivery details in your Account promptly. If payment fails, we may suspend or cancel future orders.
4.5 For subscription orders: if you want to change or cancel the next delivery, you must do so before the cut-off time specified in your Account area. Otherwise you may still be charged.
4.6 The price of the products will be the price displayed at the time your order is processed, plus any applicable taxes (e.g., Jordanian sales tax if applicable).
4.7 Non-subscription orders (one-off purchases) will be subject to the same general terms unless otherwise stated.
5. Our Products
5.1 Product representations (images, weight, packaging) are for illustration only; actual items may vary slightly.
5.2 Ingredients, packaging and nutritional content may change from time to time (e.g., to comply with regulations or operational needs). Where there is a significant change, we will notify you.
5.3 We may recommend certain portion sizes, box sizes or plan structures for your pet based on the information you provide. It is your responsibility to keep your pet’s profile up to date.
5.4 If your pet has known allergies and you fail to disclose them, we cannot accept liability for any adverse reaction.
6. Changes by You
If you wish to amend your order (change the box size, delivery schedule, contents, address) you should contact us via your Account or customer service. We will inform you of any change to price, delivery date or other terms before implementing the change.
7. Changes by Us
7.1 We may make minor changes to products (for example, to comply with revised laws/regulations) without notifying you specifically.
7.2 If we need to make a major change (for example, a significant change in ingredient composition), we will notify you and give you the chance to cancel or alter your plan, if you do not accept the change.
8. Delivery
8.1 Delivery costs will be as set out on our site at the time of order.
8.2 We will notify you of the expected delivery date/time. Actual delivery may vary due to stock, business operations or your location.
8.3 If we are delayed by an event outside our control (a “Force Majeure” event), we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to reduce the impact. In those circumstances we will not be liable for delay beyond our control.
8.4 You become responsible for the products once they are delivered to the address you provided, and you own the products once payment is received in full.
8.5 Perishable products must be stored in accordance with the instructions on the packaging once delivered. Failure to do so may reduce quality and shelf-life.
8.6 If you do not accept delivery or fail to take such steps as reasonably required (for example provide access), we may end the contract and refund you (minus any costs reasonably incurred) or charge you storage/delayed delivery fees.
9. Cancellation & Pause
9.1 If you have a subscription, you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your Account, subject to the cut-off time for the next delivery.
9.2 Because our products are perishable, a right of withdrawal (changing your mind) may not apply once products are delivered in Jordan.
9.3 If what you receive is faulty or mis-described you may have rights under applicable Jordanian consumer-protection law which we will honour.
10. Our Right to End the Contract
10.1 We may end the contract if you breach these Terms (e.g., fail to provide information or payment) by giving you written notice.
10.2 If we end the contract under clause 10.1 we will refund any amounts you have paid for products not yet delivered, but may deduct reasonable compensation for our loss.
10.3 We may withdraw a product or plan, by giving you notice (minimum 30 days unless urgent), and refund amounts relating to deliveries not yet made.
11. Faults, Returns & Complaints
11.1 If you believe a product is faulty, mis-described or damaged, you should contact us immediately via Account or e-mail. We may ask for details or return/disposal instructions.
11.2 We will review your complaint and if we accept liability we will refund, replace or otherwise remediate, in compliance with Jordanian consumer-protection law.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms will affect your statutory rights under Jordanian law.
12. Price & Payment
12.1 The price of the product will be as displayed on the order page at the time you place the order.
12.2 We reserve the right to adjust tax (e.g., VAT/sales tax) if required by law.
12.3 If an error is discovered in the published price, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel the contract before acceptance.
13. Offers & Discounts
13.1 We may offer special promotions, introductory offers or referral schemes from time to time.
13.2 Such offers may be limited to new customers only, subject to conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw offers without notice.
13.3 Referral schemes may impose maximum limits of value per customer/year and may restrict usage (for example one discount per referred friend).
13.4 Unless otherwise stated, discounts/credits cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, except where expressly stated.
14. Our Liability
14.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms or by negligence, but not for loss which is unforeseeable.
14.2 We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent mis-representation.
14.3 Our products are supplied for domestic and private use only. If you use them for commercial or resale purposes, we will have no liability for business losses, loss of profit, business interruption or opportunity loss.
14.4 Our feeding guides or suggestions are general in nature and for guidance only. If you have concerns about your pet’s condition, you should consult a licensed veterinarian in Jordan.
14.5 None of our advice should be taken as medical or veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
15. Use of Your Personal Information
15.1 We will use your personal information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws in Jordan.
16. Other Important Terms
16.1 We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms to another organisation. If this happens, we will notify you in writing and ensure your rights are not adversely affected.
16.2 You may not transfer your rights or obligations under the contract without our prior written consent.
16.3 This contract is between you and us only, no third-party has rights to enforce or receive benefits under it.
16.4 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Jordanian law, the remaining parts remain in full force.
16.5 If we delay enforcing a right under these Terms, this does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jordan.
